Open Positions

​We are looking for highly motivated postdoctoral researchers, graduate students, and undergraduate research interns to join our research team. New members will investigate reaction behaviors of emerging energy/electronic materials (e.g. for batteries, memories, etc.) at nano to atomic scales with state-of-the-art in-situ/operando transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and other robust analytical techniques. In addition to the in-depth understanding of energy/electronic materials, the members will develop incomparable expertise in analytical chemistry/materials science and electron microscopy, particularly, which will be the unique strength for their future careers in either academia or industry.

Preferred Background/Experience

Postdoctoral Researchers

- Required: TEM research experience, a Ph.D. degree in physics/chemistry, materials science and engineering, or related fields.

- Recommended: MEMS fabrication experience, in-situ TEM research experience, in-depth knowledge of electron microscopy and electrochemistry, researchers who are creative and meticulous, and like engineering new devices.

Graduate Students / Undergraduate Research Interns

- Required: educational background in physics/chemistry, materials science and engineering, or related fields.

- Recommended: students who like engineering new devices, who are meticulous to control tiny devices, and who are motivated to focus on challenging researches.
